If you do not accept them, you must stop the installation process and delete, return, or remove all Guardify VPN applications in your possession.

Using the service for activities like sending spam, conducting port scans, searching for open proxies or relays, distributing opt-in emails, unsolicited emails, or any form of mass emailing, even if relayed through another server, is prohibited. You also agree not to initiate pop-ups through our service or engage in attacks against any computers or networks while using our services.

Service availability, speed, locations, and quality are subject to change. Guardify VPN strives to maintain availability, except during brief periods for maintenance and repair. However, service interruptions can occur due to factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, network issues, interference, and signal strength, which may lead to interruptions, refusals, limitations, or reductions.

Hacking, cracking, distributing viruses, engaging in fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, or any activities deemed illegal or harmful can lead to service suspension or termination.
